Renee’s Favs | Springtime Manicures

RSP is starting a new blog series, “Renee’s Favs”, where each Monday I talk about one of my favorite things. It’ll be a fun, lighthearted way to get the week started.

Warm weather is coming our way and that means its time for a fresh springtime mani! I know there are all these crazy trends and Pinterest DIYs, but I have to admit, I tend to keep it classic. Here is a sampling of my favorite shades

Bubble Bath : Bubble Bath is the perfect shade of nude. It makes your nails look soft and clean. Oh, and it has the teensiest hint of pink. This shade is my year round favorite.

 

Suzi Nails New Orleans: This bubble gum pink is new in the OPI Spring 2016 collection. I like that it is light but still bright. I think this will be great for Easter!

Dutch Tulips: Dutch Tulips is perfect for anyone who wants a bold nail but doesn’t want the harshness of a true red. This shade of bright magenta isn’t afraid to be seen!

 

Strawberry Margarita : This Barbie pink is for the ultimate girly girl. Not only will this shade match your favorite Lilly dress, it will get you in the mood for sweet summertime and a drink by the pool. Because I like “pink-y toes,” you’ll see me wearing this color on my little piggies a lot in the summertime!

 

Cajun Shrimp: Last but not least is Cajun Shrimp. This has been an OPI staple for years. I was in the nail salon just the other day and a lady was asking for this color. If you’re feeling sassy, this spicy shade of pink-y-coral is for you!
